Pan-India corporate e-waste collection and data erasure coverage

e2e coordinates collection and logistics across India for corporate IT equipment and electronic waste. Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad are priority service markets; other metropolitan and branch-office collections are scoped through our national service.

Metropolitan collection planning

Use this coverage guide to prepare an enquiry for one office or a national refresh. These are service areas, not claimed branch addresses. Collection feasibility, transport, execution location and completion dates are confirmed against your actual sites.

One asset register, separate site records

National projects work best when IT and procurement use one asset template, with a unique site code per pickup. Identify counts, data-bearing devices, local contacts, access hours and a release owner for each office. Flag any interstate movement or internal documentation requirements for the logistics review.

Keep collection, sanitization and recycling completion as separate milestones. A truck leaving an office does not mean that data work is complete. Reconcile the final outcome against each site inventory.

Data work across multiple offices

Tell us whether drives must remain onsite until sanitization, can move under agreed custody arrangements, or must be physically destroyed. Different sites may have different restrictions. e2e will review onsite feasibility and the reporting plan before confirming execution.

Questions from corporate IT teams

Do you have a branch in every city listed?

No. e2e is based in Tumkur, Karnataka. The city list describes Pan-India collection coverage and project enquiries, not a network of claimed local offices.

Can one enquiry cover several Indian offices?

Yes. Provide a site-by-site inventory, addresses, local contacts, data-handling requirements and collection windows. e2e will assess a coordinated scope and reporting plan.
