Data erasure and sanitization services for corporate IT teams

Retire, redeploy or return company equipment with a planned data wiping process. e2e provides data sanitization for corporate laptops, desktops, workstations, servers and loose storage drives, alongside Pan-India collection and recycling when required.

Wiping is a service in its own right

You can enquire about erasure while retaining ownership of your equipment. Tell us whether assets will return to employees, move to another office, leave on a lease return, or enter a recycling program. Agree the release criteria before any device changes hands.

For an office refresh, separate usable laptops from failed drives and non-storage equipment. A monitor collection and a server drive wiping project need different handling, pricing and evidence.

Blancco, TruWipe and BitRaser data wiping workflows

e2e uses erasure tools including Blancco, TruWipe and BitRaser. Specify your required software, drive models and reporting format in your enquiry. The selected product, version, licences, supported media and method are confirmed in the proposal.

For vendor capabilities, see Blancco Drive Eraser product documentation, TruWipe product information and BitRaser report and certificate examples. Review the proposed product and its reporting against your requirements during procurement.

Agree the evidence before the job

Define the asset identifiers, chosen technique, result, exceptions, date and acceptance owner needed for your records. Request a sample reporting format during procurement. Keep unsuccessful drives under control until your IT owner approves their next step.

NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2: Guidelines for Media Sanitization is a reference for planning a sanitization program. Your security policy, media characteristics and agreed acceptance criteria determine the actual scope. NIST does not certify e2e or an individual wiping job.

Tell us what your IT team needs

  • Site city and number of data-bearing devices or loose drives.
  • Whether equipment can leave the premises; request an onsite feasibility assessment if it cannot.
  • Approved erasure software, reporting format and retention requirements.
  • Reuse, return or recycling decision, and handling of failed media.

Request a data erasure assessment or email the scope to info@e2erecycling.com. Onsite execution, access arrangements, turnaround and fees are agreed after assessment.

Questions from corporate IT teams

Can we book data wiping without recycling the equipment?

Yes. Enquire about data erasure for equipment you intend to retain, redeploy or return. e2e will confirm supported media, handling arrangements, reporting and scope before work.

Do you use Blancco, TruWipe and BitRaser?

e2e uses tools including Blancco, TruWipe and BitRaser. Specify your required tool, media and report format; the exact product and workflow are agreed in the proposal.

What happens if a drive cannot be erased?

A failed or unsupported drive must be recorded as an exception. Agree a controlled alternative such as physical drive destruction before releasing it.

Can you wipe drives at our office?

Request an onsite feasibility assessment. Execution depends on the city, site access, power, workspace, drive compatibility, security requirements and agreed scope.
